It's that time of year again where Target collaborates with a high end designer for an affordable price. And other department stores are following in their footsteps like Macys, H&M, Neiman Marcus, and Bloomingdale's. Personally I'm not a fan of collaboration collections because places like H&M and Neiman Marcus hikes up the prices for pieces that aren't tailored well (which I've witness first hand).

Prabal Gurung for Target sounds pretty interesting, seeing that the designer is most known for his bright, eye-catching, avant garde colorful prints. The collection is said to be inspired by love. “My own collection is also inspired by the idea of emotion and all of those things,” Prabal told Vogue. “Since this is coming out in February, I thought it was the perfect fit.”. The 80 piece collection is said to hit Target stores and Target.com from February 10 to March 23 2013. The line consist of  ready to wear Clothing, Handbags, Shoes, and Jewelry, and are in the price range of $19.99 to $199.99 for apparel, and $12.99 to $39.99 for accessories.

I can't give you my full opinion based on this one look that is currently circulating the internet, but that one look is making me fall in love at full force already, but I'm trying not to get ahead of myself and wait until the preview of the full collection rolls around.
